RETURN AND REFUNDS
- All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Two avoid any issues each items are described thoughtfully with exact measurements and defaults. Please read description and check measurements beforehand.
Most of the item displayed in my shop are 30+ years old and may show signs of wear or other marks. If you receive an item that was misdescribed, please contact me directly (contact section) and we will work out the issue.
- European customers only have the right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day the goods are received. This complies with EU distance selling regulations.
REFUND INCLUDES:
– The full price of the item(s).
– The original standard shipping cost paid for the order (e.g., Colissimo standard delivery).
– Additional shipping costs for express delivery chosen by the customer (e.g., Chronopost) are not refunded.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method (debit/credit card, PayPal), or the customer can choose a store credit of equal value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or misdescribed, in which case we will cover return shipping. Customers must provide a tracking number and repackage the item as received to ensure safe delivery. I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit
LEGAL GUARANTY:
Customers may also be entitled to remedies under the EU 2-year legal guarantee if items are misdescribed at the time of the sale, regardless of the 14-day withdrawal period. Faults explicitly described in the listing and photos are not covered by the legal guarantee. Since all my items are vintage or antique the buyer cannot claim a defect for wear & tear consistent with age (ex: If the jacket breaks after one year due to normal wear)
