All orders are shipped within 2–3 working days

All orders are shipped via Colissimo (standard shipping), with an option to upgrade to Chronopost (express shipping) at checkout.

• All shipments include a tracking number.
• While I process and ship orders promptly, I cannot be held responsible for delays once the package was dropped at the post station

In case of significant delays I am happy to assist with tracking or carrier issues.

Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs or import taxes. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Please note that I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier directly.
